Corporate and Agency Notes

Corporate Notes are offered by prospectus only, and product suitability must be determined for each individual investor. Please contact a registered FNC representative for a prospectus and other important information.

Overview

Notes are fixed-rate, unsecured senior and subordinated obligations of one of several companies or issuers. Each week, the issuers post a series of rates, maturities, structures and payment frequencies which are generally available until the following week (although the issuers reserve the legal right to cancel or change the offerings without notice).

Risks

Corporate notes are subject to credit and secondary market risk. There can be no assurance of a trading market, although many dealers intend to maintain an active secondary market. Notes are not insured by the FDIC or any government agency. In the case of callable notes, a specific issue may be callable at the discretion of the issuer. Notes involve investment risks, including possible loss of the principal invested.
